I am getting together with friends this morning and cleaning kitchen cabinets this afternoon for exercise.  Have a great day everyone.  Tri

My food plan today

B: Jimmy dean delight

S: plain Greek yogurt

L: breakfast skillet and whole wheat toast (we went out for brunch...I can't believe I ate the whole thing)

D: turkey meatballs, quinoa pasta and spaghetti sauce

S: reduced fat cheese, multigrain crackers and veggie soup
