Good morning botts 

I lost a pound this morning.  I am 211.  This is going to be a long journey.  Have a great day.  Tri

My food plan today:

B: Jimmy Dean delight

S: 2 clementines and plain Greek yogurt

L: turkey meatballs, whole wheat pasta and spaghetti sauce; side salad with fat free dressing.

S: frozen fruit and plain Greek yogurt smoothie

D: beef stew 

S: veggie soup, pineapple cheesecake sf/ff

I'll take losing a pound any time! You must be doing something right :) Keep up the good work. I did pretty well yesterday and still feel motivated for a good day today (so far-haha). Now if I could only kick this soda habit for GOOD! ugh!
