Yesterday wasn't too bad. Ended up eating chili (w/beans and lean beef) for dinner. Skipped the morning snack.

Today's food plan.

bfast: skinny latte, hardboiled egg, babybel cheese

snack: v8

lunch: salad w/ cup of soup

snack: quest bar

dinner: garden salad w/ chicken, apple cider vinaigrette from Chic-fil-a
