S: huge peach 120

L: chicken thigh, rf Swiss cheese and whole wheat toast 300

S: asparagus and veggie soup 70

D: chicken thigh and quinoa 250

S: nut bar 190

Good grief! But it's so hard to post some days when life gets busy! And I just don't do as well when I'm not keeping track. :-(

So here's to a new week, eh?

B: Protien shake, 2 oz lean ground beef, 1/2 slice American Cheese

L: Atkin's Chili con carne

s: 1 light babybel cheese, 1 small can v8

Dinner: 5-6 oz grilled balsamic chicken, green beans
