Good morning botts:

I lost a pound this morning so I am 210 lbs. I have a very long way to go. One day at a time. I am planning on following Nutrisystem again today. The garden is looking pretty good. I need to start cutting back perennials and I have 1 more bag of mulch to spread. Inside I can vacuum, laundry and clean bathrooms. Swimming is very relaxing so I will go to the gym this afternoon. My food plan today:

B: Nutrisystem D bagel and 1 T pb

S: cheese and peach

L: veggie soup, salad and Nutrisystem tortellini

D: Nutrisystem chicken pot pie

S: Sam's club hot dog

I cleaned, shopped, laundry and gardened for over 4 hours today. That is almost 1000 calories burn.
