Good Morning everyone!
Good Awesome NEWS! So, last week i decided to get on the scale. I HIT 192 !
OMG!
My Head was going WILD! On Tuesday came to work and decided that I was going to join a gym, I need something to get me going.
Signed up and worked out.... On Wednesday morning, got on the scale and STILL 192 POUNDS , that's like Toooooooo close to the 200s!!!!
Went to the GYM Wednesday and pushed myself and I have been eating a very clean meal and snacks. Oh, and lots of water!
The more I workout, the more I'm drinking more water. I lOVE it!

Well This Morning.... I got on the scale. 187 POUNDS!!! YAY!
4.5 pounds GONE!
I'm going to keep on doing this. I need to let this extra weight GONE!
GYM tonight and Tomorrow!

Great going!

I'm finding that by getting back into a regular, more-effort, workout routine, I am inspired to exercise more regularly and to do a better job all around.  Oh yes, like you, the more I work out, the water I drink!

I've lost five pounds of the weight I regained and am confident that as long as I keep going, I will be successful at finally reaching my goal - regardless of how many months it might take.  The important thing to remember, for me, is that this is a lifestyle change.

More than the weight loss is realizing that I am managing my food and eating in cleaner, healthier ways.  I'm also remembering to log my food daily and pre-plan.

Keep it up!

I've done my best the past two weeks by walking and staying close to my set calories/carbs/proteins. 5 lbs lost and struggled all the way but they are gone! (Again) I was 226/2012 VSG surgery down to 155. Wasn't my goal but I loved how I felt and enjoyed control then slowly let it creep back on. Sigh FF 2015 and wow, I too hit 189.8! Wth! So today I was 184.2.  I think this second time around it's going to twice the struggle but twice as rewarding because it will be a huge reminder of how hard I fell and got back up again. Onto this week!! Good luck!!

I did most of my meals at home this morning. I hope its a good day for you and all of us.
