Good morning!  Yesterday went very well, I felt.  My biggest issue was cravings in the afternoon and evenings.  My hope is that they will cease as I wean myself off the carbs.

B: 2 sausage patties, black coffee

s: Protien shake

L: Hamburger patty w/ cheese, green beans

s: V8 MAYBE Stabilyze bar

d: Spinach salad with chicken, balsamic vinegar and oil, a sprinkle of cheese.
