Back On Track Together

I have been following the Mayo Clinic diet so I haven't posted here lately. I do read posts for encouragement. I cleaned the kitchen and vacuumed for 2 hours today. I went shopping and did general picking up too. I am not doing a lot of grocery shopping for the next 2 weeks because the freezer and pantry are stuffed. I want to clean them out and it is easier to do when they are emptier. My menus are going to be unusual for the next few weeks to say the least. I hope you are all doing well and staying strong for the holiday weekend. Take care, Tri
B: egg, ff cheese, spinach and quinoa
S: Greek yogurt and apple sauce
L: salad with ff dressing, tuna and brown rice
S: 2 clementines and Greek yogurt
D: veggie soup, brat, rf cheese and whole wheat roll
S: nut protein bar, !/2 avocado and salsa
