Hello!  It's left over day today.

Bfast: Spinach salad w/ chicken, cashwes and cheese

Lunch: Left over chicken enchilada, rice

snack: cheese

dinner: at main event. Looks like the best bet is sandwich.

Good evening bots:

What a wreck of a food day I had today.  I ate and ate and ate.  Not enough fruit and veggies.  Too many starches.  Tomorrow has to be better.   Tri

B: plain Greek yogurt with Dole fruit cup 160

S: Marie Callender's entree 400

L: 2 1/2 oz. whole wheat roll with sirloin tip roast beef and rf cheese slice 400

S: Marie Callender's entree 400

D: whole wheat tortilla with sirloin tip roast beef, lettuce and tomato and rf cheese slice 400

Don't be too hard on yourself. That's why it's called back on track. Sometimes we need to get back on track every day. 

Keep focused onward.

Breakfast. 2 cups coffee with sweetn low

Lunch. 1\2 yellow bell pepper

Dinner. Lettuce salad with green onions, 1\4 cup tomatoe,1\4 avocado, grilled chicken and 2 tbsp bittermilk ranch

Snack. 4 slices of deli thin baked ham with 1 tbsp horseradish mustard

Only got in about 30 oz of water
