So I've been MIA but still BOT. Its been so long since I followed plan and taken my vitamins I made my self sick with the ones I chose to start taking again. For some reason when doing my research of what to take again I missed the "chewable" part of the "good quality chewable multi vitamin" I chose the Womens Ultra Mega Petites. So I've been sick after every time I take my vitamins. Until it dawned on me that maybe just maybe its because they aren't chewable. So I took them back to GNC and traded them in for the Women's Ultra Mega Gummies. OMG these are so tasty...I want to eat the whole damn bottle...ugh! But guess what??? they don't make me sick. So I'm hoping that due to the fact they are tasty I will remember to take them.
Now I just need to address why everyday after lunch I have an overwhelming urge to take a nap. Like as soon as I'm done eating I need to go lay down because I feel like I'm going to pass out if I don't. It doesn't much matter what I eat either. Yesterday I had 2 slices of deli meat and salad. The day before I had a slice of Killer Bread with pb and banana slices. Same feeling.
Oh and probably TMI but I forgot about the need for a fiber supplement. This has not been a fun week as this high protein diet has caught up to me. I've had 3 doses of lactulose and nothing. The scale hasn't budged this week (my weigh day isn't until tomorrow, but yes I'm obsessively weighing myself again) and I'm sure that has something to do with it.

Hi Kristi..
The gummies probably have a lot of sugar... And most gummies don't have enough of most vitamins - minerals we need. If I need chewable - I use centrum or centrum equivalent - I.e Spectravite CVS brand.
As for constipation- I use Miralax daily.plus healthy fat.
