I stuck to the plan yesterday, only had some hummas chips that weren't on the plan.  What I'm noticing is that I'm drinking more water than I do when I'm off plan.  Interesting how that works, eh? :-)

Today

B: left over hamburger patty, cheese slice

S: Protien shake (Maybe)

l: spinach salad with egg, chicken, oil & vinegar

s: Akin's snack bar

D: - not sure. Going out, not sure where. Plan is to have meat and veggie or salad.

I cleaned for 4 hours today in the house and garden.  I went to the gym for a swim and sauna to deal with stress.

B: egg, spinach, rf cheese and Santa Fe tortilla

S: salad, pear

L: Marie Callender frozen dinner

S veggie soup and orange

D:beef patty, baked potato

S: yogurt, peanut butter cookie
