Yesterday was better. Not perfect, but better. Stress=craving carbs. I'm going to have to just bite the built and do a Very Low Carb diet. I know. Just can't seem to tackle it!
Today's food plan - I'm going to try and get mainly protein to cut carbs.
B: Protein Shake, 1 scambled egg, sausage
Lunch: Chili with beans (from café)
s: Stabylize bar
Dinner: lean Hamburger patty (88/12), cheese, low-carb flax roll-up, grilled onion and peppers
s: Protien shake
