Back On Track Together

Yesterday went well.  I stayed mostly on track, although I do think I need to have an afternoon back up in case I'm craving in the afternoon. I had a Larabar to tied me over.  I got ALL my water, plus some.  Isn't it interesting that if I do one thing well, others tend to follow?

I'm mixing things up a bit today

B: lean hamburger patty, cheese, low-carb tortilla

L: Frozen dinner - HB patty with borachco beans

D: Moroccan chicken with low-carb tortilla, grilled peppers/onions

Snacks: greek 100 yogurt, babybell cheese, banana
