I've been working hard to try and get more weight off. I'm using protein shake for breakfast, protein shake for lunch and a simple dinner ( meat and vegs. ) I seem to be at a plateau I need help what can I do to change it up.
about 4 pounds and not happy about that. My skin feels different now. I do work in the garden and walk as much as possible. I will keep trying and I will take your suggestions and drink more water. Sooner or later my body will have to give it up and start getting rid of that weight.
