B:egg, spinach, rf cheese and 1 sl pumpernickel
S: peach, veggie soup and 2 sl.rf cheese
L: gyro sandwich and soup
S: peach
D: pork chop and 1/2 yam, veggie soup
S: nectarine and protein nut bar
I went shopping this afternoon. I am not feeling motivated to exercise.

Good afternoon. My last 4 days have been pretty rough. My mom has been in the hospital and i stayed by her side. So i barely ate. I know that is bad but that is just how it was. I sure hope that things get back to normal now that we are home. I plan to make better choices
Breakfast. 1 Turkey sausage link
Lunch. Several Bites of Home made chicken and dumplins (with celery and onions) while cooking for dinner
Snack. I made almond protein cake
Dinner. 1 homemade dinner roll And chicken and dumplins only 1 dumplin though lol
