Back On Track Together

Good morning botts:
Every muscle in my body hurts this morning. My upper body from cleaning yesterday and my lower body from the 5K. Exercise will be light today.
My eating plan:
B: left over 1/2 pork and roll
S: peach and reduced fat cheese
L: left over 1/2 pork and roll
S: peach and nutrasystem D shake
D: chicken breast, cheese and bacon sandwich with lettuce and tomato
S: nut protein bar and a salad

My Saturday didn't go so well. We went to a water park and, well, :-(
But I've promised to be honest about my food so here it is for Saturday
Bfast: Sonic - Chili cheese coney - only ate 1/2 bun
Snack: 1 sangria, 5 tortilla chips
Lunch: Pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw - did not eat bread
Dinner: (German) Had potato soup (broth based, not cream), 1/3 bratwurst, 1 beer (Dunkle)
The good news is that even after a 18 months, my stomach is still small. The bad news is that I struggle to make good choices when in a hurry.
