Did we eat and move today?

Breakfast. Coffee with 1tsp non dairy powdered creamer

Work out 3 miles on cross trainer and 1.5 miles interval training walk/jogging on treadmill

After work out Snack.  hot n spicy planters peanuts

Lunch. Taco bell hard shell taco

Snack. Home made cucumber kim chi 

Dinner. 3 scrambled eggs with chopped onions and 1 tbsp shredded mozzarella.

Finally got my classes selected just need to get down to the campus to finalize them with the VA. I might get there tomorrow ;) I had some dental work on the bottom left side of my mouth today. The Dentist cut my tongue on accident in 2 places so eating and drinking today has been a bit of a challenge.  I guess you can say I got some movement today. I went shopping for this weeks groceries. A trip to Sams. Home to process the food then back out to the grocery store to finish and back home again to process again.  I'm exhausted, lol. The ovens beeping now so dinners done. Going to eat and then take my daughter to Karate.  Hope everyone had a good day.

S: Atkins cranberry almond bar

L: Deli Sliced Ham, BabyBel

S: Think Thin Salted Carmel Bar

D: Parmesan Tilapia, asparagas, salad (maybe if the dressing doesn't burn the cuts)

S:GNC 100% Whey shake
