Back On Track Together
1st Week BOTT
I lost 4.4 lbs. wahoo! so excited. I'm a little nervous about what next week has in store. I'm worried it will be less but really any loss is welcome :) I'm still trying to get signed up for classes. I've planned out the next weeks dinners so that should make my daily meal plans that much easier for me. Now I just need to focus on my water intake I've been so bad about getting in all my water. I know how important it is. I lost my favorite cup when the inlaws moved out....not pointing fingers but....anyways...I really need to find a new go to. I'm a creature of habit (read OCD) and its really hard without my favorite. My legs are still super sore from laying the floor but much better then they were yesterday. Well I better go check the college portal so see if I got any of my waitlisted classes.

It is exciting to see the pounds come off! I also am pre cooking today. I have chicken breast and pork tenderloin in the freezer. I am simply cutting them in small pieces and sauteing them in a non stick skillet. Then I will freeze them in small 3 oz. portions. I can quickly microwave them with different atarches, veggies and spices to make individual quick meals. Weight watcher and nutrisystem meals are so small compared to my plates of food. We'll see if this helps. For exercise I turn on a recorded movie and stop at every commercial. I set my timer for 15 minutes and clean until the timer rings. 2 hours and 15 minutes cleaning and grocery shopping today.
My food plan:
B: spinach, egg, rf cheese and small roll
S: plain Greek yogurt and 2 plums
L: chicken breast, Asian veggies and noodles
S: Nutrisystem granola and plain Greek yogurt
D: salad with fat free dressing, chicken breast and Asian veggies, Nutrisystem cookies
S:1 small plate of hors d'ouvres - no desserts or wine
Have great day everyone. Tri
