Week 1 BOT - Lost 4 Pounds
Weighed in Sat and lost 4 pounds my first week BOT. Feels very hard earned.
I drank all my water, kept to vegetables proteins, veggies, fruit, dairy, tracked all food, did some exercise. Very proud...but...know some is water weight - and this is the beginning. There is a lot more to lose. And the long haul takes dedication. Focus. Commitment. Being real with myself. And others.
That said - super happy with my 4 pound loss :^)
