Back On Track Together
July 23 eat/move
Fun party last night. I slept in until 10 am so I missed breakfast. Lunch is early at 11 am. My goal today is to start cleaning the kitchen windows and curtains. The big dog dropped another coat on the floor so I will have to vacuum today. I may have to vacuum 2 times a week to keep up with her.
L: whole grain tortilla, rf cheese, lettuce, tomato
S: 1/2 cup chopped chicken breast, Vegetti zucchini
S: nectarine, salad and fruit and Greek yogurt smoothie
D: Fitkitchen dinner
S: apple and Nutrisystem cinnamon roll
Had a dr appt today. I was pretty upset when the scale was exactly the same range . No loss but still working at it. I am getting very worried. My weight fluctuates between 8 lbs up and down. Dr is Check my kidney function which scares the holy crapness out of me since my mom is in kidneyfailure and on dialysis.
But Here is to a good eats day.
Coffee for breakfast
Snack cucumber kim chi
Lunch 2 eggs scrambled with onions colby jack and rotel
1hr zumba class
Dinner will be grilled chicken breast and brocolli and cauliflower
If hungry for snack then a eas carb control protein shake 100 cal
Whew, The title scared me. I thought I lost a few days somewhere, lol. My mouth still hurts. I had to go back to the dentist today for an adjustment and its still not right and they are going to have to make a new crown but can't get me in until Wednesday so I will have to deal with it until then but that might work in my favor because that limits me to soft foods, lol. I'm having a hard time swallowing my vitamins yesterday and today. Not sure if it has something to do with the numbing meds or if I'm getting sick. If not better tomorrow I will make an appointment.

S: Cottage cheese & peaches
L: Dave's Killer bread with Tyson grilled teriyaki chicken fillet (sam's club)
S: Trader Joe's coconut cashews
D: Skinny taste turkey stuffed zucchini boat
S: 1 C 2% Milk w/ 1/2 scoop 100% whey powder

Yesterday was pretty good. As usual, I do well until evening. Something about evening - maybe it's the working out - results in hunger. But here we go. And of course, today is going to be more up and down due to a working lunch.
B: 1/2 banana and 1/2 protein shake (left over from last night), string cheese and coffee.
L: Working lunch. My plan is protein, 1-2 veggie and maybe 1 roll or muffin. I'll report back tonight on how I did.
S: hummas and hummas chips
D: Homemade chili (grass fed beef and bison and beans), corn chips, cheese
S: 1 banana and protein shake (Doctor wants me to have a banana at night due to muscule cramps)
