Good morning botts
I had a fun weekend, but this morning I am bot. My guests just left. I will miss them.
Today's meal plan:
B: Jimmy Dean Delight with whole grain muffin
S: fruit and Greek yogurt
L: 1/2 cup chopped chicken breast and 1 cup cooked Asian veggies in broth
S: Nutrisystem cinnamon roll (really tiny); fruit salad
D: 1/2 cup chopped chicken breast, fat free mayo, spinach and whole wheat bun, Nutrisystem cookie
S: 1/2 cup pasta and sausage
I have 4 beds to change and launder and random cleaning/gardening. If I was smart I would swim and sauna at the gym for relaxation. Have a great day everyone. Tri
Breakfast. Coffee with powdered non dairy creamer( i have realized i havent been eating breakfast ugh
30 minutes interval on treadmill 25 minutes eliptical
Lunch. Pita pit grilled chicken no pita with lettuce onion tomatoe green peppers and banana peppers
Snack hot n spicy peanuts
Dinner homemade toasted ravioli ravioli and grilled pork .
Snack. crunchy taco from taco bell
Spend the whole day at the college trying to get signed up for classes. What a nightmare. Still not signed up.
B: Cottage Cheese/Peaches
S:Slice Dave's Killer Bread w/Honey & 2 egg whites
L: Salad, Lunch meat, baby bell cheese
S: Atkins Endulge Snack Bar
D: Left over pork and black bean taco soup w/salad
S: Small slice of blackberry Pie (I know, I know)
