Back On Track Together

I though since Tri_harder won't be on today I would start the daily post. I know the few days I've been on its helped me to be accountable. I noticed this group isn't very active but it does get some views.
My entire body hurts today from all the cleaning and helping my husband put new flooring in the living room. My inlaws moved out last weekend so we are still trying to get the house where it needs to be. My daughter has a Karate tournament so we won't be eating dinner at home tonight. I have the day planned out except for dinner. This is going to my first time eating out since getting BOT.

I guess I didn't do too terrible. We left before I could make the popcorn so I just grabbed the Atkins bar I was going to have tonight. We ended up at Applebee's. I had 1/2 cup onion soup and 1 chicken wonton taco. They had healthier options but that's what I wanted. I'm still 20g protein away from today's goal so it looks like I will probably have a shake tonight with my bedtime vitamins. I don't want to look at food. That 1 taco did me in. My stomach hurts. It's weird because last time we were there I ate all 3 plus some of my daughters appetizer. Tonight I did good to eat 1/2 my soup and 1 taco. I really think cutting out the carbonated drinks have helped.
