Back On Track Together

Good morning botts
I cleaned off and on all day yesterday. I still have one sink, one tub and 2 floors to wash today and 3 loads of laundry to haul over the stairs and put away. Including all the odds and end getting ready, I cleaned for 3 hours. That is 720 calories! Our guests arrive this afternoon. I will be ok as food goes until dinner and then all day tomorrow. Tomorrow I sing at Festa Italiana in Milwaukee. It is the best festival as far as I am concerned. I will be back at it on Monday morning.
My food plan today:
B: Jimmy Dean delight whole grain sandwich
S: banana and plain Greek yogurt
L: Weight Watchers ravioli and Asian veggies in chicken broth
S: Weight Watchers lasagna
D: Italian salad with shrimp and fat free dressing and a slice of pizza (not planned)
S: Nutrisystem oatmeal cookie

Have fun at the festival I too cleaned house and helped Hubby put new flooring in the livingroom. Every muscle in my body aches. I just want to go back to bed and sleep all day but I'm working until 11:15 and then my daughter has a karate tournament.
