I had a depressing day, and instantly thought what comfort food would make me feel better & then I realized, I am watching food closely, so although it was late, I went out to spouse up my little garden. A great stress reliever, to get my mind off of job searching!! I had a mallet to bang some edging down with so that helped too, all my frustrations of the world, on my shoulders.
Pursing a new job, and waiting to hear back is like watching paint dry!! I would love the opportunity if just simply given the chance?
Good news, I didn't eat over it, but thought about it mindfully, and did NOT go there, only to feel even worse later?
Did I move2lose today? Yes, a nice walk. Trying to build up my strength and endurance to more. I've been walking for almost 3 wks. now. Perhaps next wk. is my time to step it up a bit?
Hit my treadmill?
B-1 hashbrown/& water
L-Veggie omelette
S-? none really Gatorade low calorie of course.
D-Other half of cobb salad & Squash & zucchini mixed
S-H2O I so need to get more water in !

Congratulations on not eating and going for a walk and gardening to deal with stress.  That is a huge accomplishment.  Take care, Tri
