I am back on Nutrisystem D today. I have house guests again this weekend so I will take off the weekend and go back on Monday.
B: Nutrisystem D blueberry muffin
S: 1/4 cup craisins and 1/8 cup walmuts
L: salad with fat free dressing and Nutrisystem D chocolate peanut butter bar
S: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt and 2 plums
D: Nutrisystem D lasangne and salad with fat free dressing
S: Nutrisystem D carrot cake
S: Jimmy Dean delight whole grain sandwich
