Saturday, July 11 Plan the work...work the plan
Good morning botts:
I didn't track yesterday because I was really busy. This week I will be busy because we are having out of town guests again next weekend. I need to wash the windows and change the window treatments in one bedroom. I am changing it from a kids room to an adult room. Then I need to clean the house. The big dog dropped her coat again, but I am going to live with it until Thursday so that I can get my project room done.
My eating plan today is:
B: Jimmy dean whole grain delight
S: fruit salad
L: salad and ham/reduced fat cheese whole grain tortilla wrap
S: Greek yogurt and fruit salad
D: 1/2 green peppers stuffed with grass feed beef; spinach and reduced fat cheese and whole grain tortilla wrap
S; veggie soup, nut crunch bar, banana

Well i ate bad today but i must stay accountable.
Breakfast: cup of coffee with sweet n low and dry unsweetened creamer
Snacks: 2 home made cinnamon rolls And 16 nacho chrese Doritos
Dinner: 1\2 cup green beans 3 oz swiss steak 1\4 cup chicken rice a roni
Snack: 1 pc ham lettuce rollup with horseradish mustard
