L: baked cod and salad with fat free dressing

D: sauerkraut, spaetzle and a brat

S: frozen fruit and plain Greek yogurt smoothie, peanut protein bar

Hi Botts,

Going out of town this weekend and don't know if I will have WiFi so I may not be able to post until sunday. Going to visit a friend who eats healthy so I'm sure I will do pretty good.

Breakfast- 2 eggs
Lunch-mcD bacon ranch salad with grilled chicken and ranch, realized after I put ranch on my salad it was 200 calories!!!
Dinner- going out so chicken or fish with veggies and maybe a baked potato
