Need to lose 40 to 50 POUNDS! The weight crawled back... Who wants to Buddy up?

Hello Peeps!
Well... as of this morning I am 187.1 pounds.
I would love to go back to my 130s or 140s again. The HONEYMOON FASE wore out and it's been a challenge for me. I have tried different programs but I think going back to shakes and a very low carb diet is going to work best for me.
I just need motivation, people that understand the food I eat, share meal ideas so that I can try different low carb tasty meals without feeling guilty and just having people check up on each other.

Here at work, people have normal systems and don't eat the same way I do. It's hard.

I'm In it to Win it.
Easier said then done. Years ago, I was a Atkins nut! long before wl surgery I lost 60lbs. on a low carb diet. I am now doing low carbs in moderation, but now I mostly want to do, high protein diet of course with salads, & veggies w/ fruit moderation. I love watermelon. I retried the low carbs, but couldn't get in to it like before? Perhaps we can help each other? Just let me know and keep me posted. I want to lose 51lbs. which would have me at 199, if I go over 199, then I have to jump on that band wagon to get back and stay there. I came from the heavy weights club, HW 354lbs.
LW after losing 130lbs. was 222. Now back at 250lbs. ;-( I know I will never be skinny Mini, & I am okay with that, but I want to be in onederland at 199lbs. I will take it. Now if more comes off, I will take that too, but for now this is my ultimate goal. My original goal from the doc was 190lbs. Of course back then I wanted more like 175 or 160? can't remember now. But perhaps, speaking in positive terms, when I make it to 199, I can then go for the 189lbs. lol. Just a thought. You are where I want to stop. What was your HW? chat soon jbug

I am in, as well.  I started out at 372 lbs. and got down to 155.  I want to get down to 165 and have 45 lbs. to lose (was 48).  I am now over 200 and just beside myself with grief!  I let myself really go whole hog off the food plan Sunday - Tuesday and just can't let myself do that anymore.  So, how do we do this?  Do we form a group and report each day?  What should our group Topic be?  I'm new to the group thing so please let me know how it works.

It seems we are all on that same mission to lose 50lbs. or So!! Easier said then done right, but guess what we did before right, therefore we can and will do it again. I like to speak positively. Yes we had the tool of being fresh out of wls, but when I lost my 20lbs. last Spring, it now gives me hope, that if we put a good foot forward we can do anything that seems impossible.
I am having issues with eating so late in the eves. Eating w/appropriate foods but too late! I have got to work on that for sure. Okay either way keep me posted.
