BOTT WITH EXERCISE & GETTING MOBILE AGAIN
I have finally started to move physically! & I do feel better already. Trying to keep steady. Life changing Practices, & a good one at that. Not just my weight gain has me down, but the way I have been feeling physically. I knew was not the Norm. I am not 100% just yet, but I can say I am Moving! BOTT w/ the physical. Food is the next step. I have decided to cut back, on some major things to jump start some wl. No bread, however I make this terrific chicken fajita with lots of veggies, & will now limit myself to just one ser. I can eat two, but no more. With a small flour tortilla I have to find a good small low carb one. I will be searching for sure because I love my fajita. I never did the sour cream anyway. Made with sweet onions, and the three peppers!! Awesome. Breakfast will primarily consist of Protein, drink supplement & boiled eggs or scrambled. Snacks will be hopefully enough to get me through and in moderation. Water is always there! Lunch & dinner will primarily be veggies and or a salad. My only downfall is my "beloved apple martinis" but I already know the game! If I want to shed, I have to give them up!! ;-( Not happy about it, but it's a must I do know this. So what do you think? BOTT partners? How does it all sound? Let me know, please don't be too harsh, but give me some good & positive feedback.
You are doing great. The best part of this group is that no one is ever harsh. Our journeys are so difficult and we all understand that we are trying to find a way to be healthy. I found Santa Fe tortillas at Sams club. They are whole grain tortilla wraps. 8 gm fiber and 8 gm protein and 100 calories. I also drink Crystal light appletini flavor. take care, Tri
