I'VE BEEN GONE FOR AWHILE BUT NOW I HAVE RETURNED!

FINALLY I MADE IT BACK. AT ONE POINT I WAS NOT ABLE TO LOG ON TO THE SITE, AND I GAINED ACCESS. BOTT HELPED ME TO GET AS THE GROUP CALLS IT'S SELF BACK ON TRACK! I LOST 20 LBS. FOR MY GRADUATION LAST SPRING, IF IT WERE NOT FOR BACK ON TRACK, I WOULD HAVE HAD TO ASK FOR SEAT BELT EXTENSION THANK GOD, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT BEFORE MY GRADUATION TRIP. WELL THAT WAS LAST MARCH, AND THIS IS NOW JULY 2015, MY BLOG READS, "BACK @ IT AGAIN" I AM IN A PROCESS OF TRYING TO GET PHYSICALLY MOBILE/FIT AND I WOULD LOVE TO SHED SOME POUNDS IN THE PROCESS!! MY FOOT HAS BEEN ACHING, LONG STORY SHORT IT'S MY WEIGHT GAIN! SO WITH THAT BEING SAID, I JUST WANT TO FEEL BETTER PHYSICALLY AGAIN! I'VE ONLY STARTED OUT BY WALKING, TODAY WAS DAY 4. MY GOAL IS TO JUST WALK EVERY DAY THIS MONTH 31 DAYS! I STARTED SUNDAY. AT SOME POINT AND TIME WITHIN THE DAY. THE FOOD I HAVE TO REALLY GET FOCUSED ON THAT PROCESS. TONIGHT IS A COBB SALAD, 1/2 PERHAPS AND THE OTHER 1/2 FOR LUNCH TOMORROW! THIS IS WHERE I STAND TODAY, ONE POUND AT A TIME. DETAILS: I HAD MY SURGERY BACK IN 07, AND I HAVE GAINED 28LBS. SINCE MY LW WL SURGERY. I NEVER MADE IT TO GOAL, BUT NOW I HAVE A NEW GOAL, I KNOW IT'S GOING TO BE HARD, BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER THAT EASY, BUT I HAVE TO LOOSE 51LBS. EXACTLY. I KNOW SUPPORT ON THIS WEB & THIS GROUP WILL HELP ME, WHEN I NEED IT. IT'S GOOD TO BE BACK!

I am glad we came back again.  I am in the same boat with you.  When I post on this site I do much better.  Then I get off track and you know the story.  I clean for exercise because by the time I get through the house it is time to start all over.  I usually put on a movie and set the timer for 20 minutes during each commercial.  I can exercise 3 hours that way.  I count gardening too.  After 20 minutes I am aching so I know it is exercise.  Good luck to us.  Tri
