Back On Track Together

Hi Botts,
Hope you all had a great holiday weekend. I'm calling this day one and starting fresh. Ditching the carbs and diet coke and following the rules like I should have been, no more weekends "off" ! The next time there's a holiday or birthday or any event I want to be proud of myself that I stayed on track.
Breakfast-2 fried eggs
Lunch- 3oz ham, 1oz turkey breast and 1oz cream cheese
Dinner- hamburger patty with pepper jack cheese, salad and zucchini
Snack-not sure yet maybe cheese and turkey.

Hi Botts
I had a ton of fun this weekend catching up with dear old friends. Totally went off track though so today I am starting over. I will clean for exercise because my house is a mess. Guests are gone and sheets need to be changed. I sent doggie bags home with them to get the tempting food out.
The plan today:
B: 1/2 omelet and rye toast
S: salad with ff dressing, avocado, seeds and craisins
L: stuffed pepper and red potato
S: fruit salad and plain Greek yogurt
D: veggie soup, whole grain tortilla, deli ham, rf cheese, free mayo
S: fruit salad, plain Greek yogurt
