Good morning botts. Today's plan is: 

B: Nutrisystem oatmeal

S: nectarine and Greek yogurt

L: salad with fat free dressing,whole wheat tortilla, deli ham, rf cheese

S: sugar snap peas and almonds

D: veggie soup, cheeseburger on sandwich thin

S: Nutrisytem muffin 

Cleaning and gardening for exercise

My plan for today:

B: Turkey bacon, 1/2 apple with almond butter

S: L+F yogurt with strawberries

L: Salad with poppyseed dressing, almonds, 1/2 pure protein bar

D: Grilled chicken, sweet potato

S: 1/2 apple with almond butter

Exercise: Treadmill
