Hi, hope everyone is having a good day. Today my sister surprised me with an eggwhite delight and of course I ate the muffin, 24 carbs there. Then for lunch I had tuna salad on one slice bread and half a serving chips. Not a great start but I'm going to have roast chicken and veggies for dinner. I still should be able to keep my carbs under 50.
