It really is quiet these days. I read posts frequently.  I especially like the success stories.  They motivate me.  I guess it is easy to regain.  Back in 2006 when I had a RNY there wasn't much talk about regain.  I keep trying to stay bot, but it is difficult.  I have been pretty good for the last 2 days.  I have been using the OH health tracker.  I am updating the activities also as the day goes on.  I cleaned my house for 6 hours today.  That burned over 1200 calories! Can you believe it!  It has also kept my mind off of food...which helps.  I can feel the burn.  I hope everyone is doing well.  Take care, Tri

My surgery was also in 2006.  I have also regained about 30 lbs.  I've been working at it but not to hard and I really do want to get it off. I'm not to hep on using protein powders so I try to use real food.  This morning I made pancakes with cottage cheese and egg whites not bad. I ate 2-4" pancakes.  Trying to use more water and stay away from most carbs.  Sometimes it gets boring and I will be looking on this site for help. Viva

Way to go Tri and Viva!

It really helps to track you food and activity. This is probable the most important tool I started reusing after regaining 32 pounds. I have lost 17 currently. Not easy, but do able. Great job on getting your house cleaned, you are my hero!
