I've been up since 4:30 this morning, on my third cup of coffee! Important for me to check in here with my eats for today.
B - Coffee and more coffee
L - Salad with grilled chicken, salsa for "dressing"
D - Turkey sandwich
S - Apple with 1 slice of cheddar cheese
S - Broccoli with ranch dressing for dipping

Good morning, catching up with the laundry and maybe some yard work if it doesnt rain again. Salsa for dressing sounds like a good idea, I only do that with ground meat, taco salad.
B protein coffee, green tea, water
L salad with left over roasted chicken with italian dressing
S cheese stick rolled up with some turkey breast, 4 spears asparagus
D4 ounces shrimp sautéed and 1/4 cup cooked spinach with a dab of butter
Vites done
Fluids 64 oz
Exercise, none yet

This is Tuesday, but at least I am posting what I ate yesterday......
pretty good day for me....food is beginning to taste somewhat better !!
breakfast was...........egg/veggie casserole
lunch.......................salmon and veggies
dinner........................homemade beef and veggie soup....been so rainy and cool in the Texas Panhandle that I wanted soup....
snacks........................nectarine
pretty healthy eating day, but still need to put protein first.....just glad some foods taste ok now
