Wed. April 15...... Whatcha doing and eating ?

Been a rough 25 days for me.....still not feeling good. Don't see my doctor again until the 27 th and he is a gastroenterologist.....they are thinking my problem might be WLS related.  Who knows ?   Just know I don't have any energy (I have ALL the symptoms of mono) and some secondary problems and food tastes like bile...that bad food taste is fading some, but nothing tastes good at all.  I have lost 11 pounds....now that in itself should tell you how sick I have been....I am the typical overweight person that doesn't lose weight when sick.

my plan for today is still survival mode......drink as much water as possible to stay hydrated ( I usually drink about 100 oz. a day). Not lately, though.

breakfast was a small serving of breakfast casserole

lunch......macaroni and tomatoes (at least pasta taste half way decent)   Green beans

dinner.....pork and noodles if I can stand the taste........I never know until I put it in my mouth if it is going to taste good or bad.......everything sounds good but......most of it is bitter, bile tasting

Sorry you're still not feeling well. Hopefully your MD will have some answers.

Today's plan:

B: 2 slices bacon

S: Click

L: Smoked turkey breast, salad

S: Crispy pepperoni

D: Turkey meatballs, small amount homemade tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese
