I made the cookie/muffin tops and they are delicious.  Thanks for sharing your recipe.  They helped me with not going to the other stuff that I was eating.

Thanks for your support and replies.

Yea.  Almond butter.... I used to make some with almond flour, but that was way too complicated.

One day i just used almond butter (to use some that was getting old). And the results were very good.

You probably can use splenda as sweetener.

Btw - skip the sweetener - add savory like salt pepper, ground caraway seeds - i you end up with a bread like buns..for sandwitches. I typically make 4 dozen...i can whip that out in 1 hour...

Kids do cause heartache, grief and bad eating.  Hugs and prayers that you can get through this maintaining your weight and health.  Whatever the problem, I pray that your son gets through this, too.

Slow and steady !!!!  Have a Blessed Day !!!!!!

Kids sure do, especially my youngest son.  I've got bandaids and duct tape on my heart from him....kinda lol but really true.  Just feeling very sad, hopeless and helpless which are all vulnerable emotions.

Thank you for your support and prayers.  I appreciate them so much.

I'm sorry for the grief your son is giving you and your husband. That's some bad heartache when you can't change someone you love so much.

He's also not following the rules to make your mamma happy.

I hope things are calmer soon,

Deb
