So that is it! I need to get my juicer back.......I have been on a slight gain; have gained about 15 from my lowest weight. Since retiring I have been around the house more than I should, but have been eating high proteins, etc. mostly. Obviously, more than required, so am not being strict enough and grazing. Not enough exercise either, other than chasing grandchildren around and one or two walks per week. I never thought of mixing my protein powder with my juice, so will try that and skip the stuff I have been eating for breakkie, such as one slice bacon, 1 egg and some cheese.......... Glad I came back on line and saw you all!
