Kizzy, Yes that is exactly how i was doing it. It was all veggies and i put 2 green apples. Dinner time was high protein too~ I am still doing it ~ It made me have more energy and i was full.

So that is it!  I need to get my juicer back.......I have been on a slight gain; have gained about 15 from my lowest weight.  Since retiring I have been around the house more than I should, but have been eating high proteins, etc. mostly.  Obviously, more than required, so am not being strict enough and grazing.  Not enough exercise either, other than chasing grandchildren around and one or two walks per week.  I never thought of mixing my protein powder with my juice, so will try that and skip the stuff I have been eating for breakkie, such as one slice bacon, 1 egg and some cheese.......... Glad I came back on line and saw you all!

I know Momjan~ isnt this page just great. I love this obesityhelp page. Sometimes, i need that pick me up, and to hear other peoples stories. it helps me get more motivated :)

Are there any bottled juices that would be similiar?

you can go to whole foods and get them. Or a juice bar, but it can be expensive. Best to do it yourself.
