Whatcha doing/eating FRIDAY.......April 10
feeling a little better today, but food still tastes bad.....
I finally broke down and weighed this morning......I have lost eleven pounds since I got sick 21 days ago !
I just wish I could keep it off !! I know when my taste changes, I will gain back this loss. But I will keep fighting the battle !!
my plans for today.....drink as much water as possible....usually get in 100 oz. a day...but since I have been sick...maybe 32 oz. a day. Started back on all vitamins on Monday....been off of them for a couple of weeks because I couldn't keep them down. Walking as much as I can...I am very weak and tired.
breakfast........toast
lunch..............going to try some meatloaf and green beans.
dinner.............chicken/noodles
water, water, and more water
