I know! One of my weaknesses is going out to dinner and leaving my healthy food choices at home. I bookmarked this article to refer to often!

You're right...."knowing" it is one thing but actually "seeing" it made a big impression on me too.
I'm glad you liked the article too.

I'm going to post the link on the General Discussion board. Like you pointed out, seeing it makes a big impression! Thanks for your reply.

I think not eating out all the time has really helped me as I've started back. Quick food comes at a cost. Most restaurants start with a ladle of oil anytime they cook anything.
If I'm going out it's for something I want. I ate at an award winning hamburger place. I went at happy hour and its was two small hamburgers and tator tots. I ate the hamburger and my son ate the other hamburger and all the tots. It was cheap and it was very tasty. And it totally worked with my numbers.
I don't think ever is a reason to eat at cheesecake factory. Bad food that's expensive, long lines, and has gross portion sizes so people think they are getting a "deal"

You are so right! Cheesecake Factory is weight regain just by walking in the restaurant. Usually are restaurants you can find something that is somewhat healthy. At Cheesecake Factory, there is nothing anything close to healthy.
