Watcha doing/eating Friday?

Cool this morning, but expected to be in upper 70's later today and tomorrow !!!!   WooHoo !!  Great temps for the kids' garage sale !!   

Worked after school and late into night getting stuff marked for sale and delivered to kids' house for the sale.....also made 60 homemade breakfast burritos for them to sell.  Daughter-in-law's Dad made homemade cinnamon rolls, too !     Hopefully we can raise enough money to make a sizeable payment to the lawyer in their foster/adoption fees.

my plans for today.....water started.....morning vits taken.......walking started

eats.......

breakfast...coffee/protein....

snack........Apple/pb

lunch.........salad/turkey

snack.........turkey/crackers

dinner........?   Going to be working garage sale ...

Hi Waysta - Good luck on your garage sale.  After a hard winter, having the weather so nice will help your turnout.  Homemade breakfast burritos are one of my favorites.  If I were there, I'd buy one/many!  

YEA Friday!  I'm ready for the weekend.  No errands, no have-to-get-stuff-done weekend.  

My eats for today are:

B - Coffee

L - Turkey burger patty and steamed broccoli

D - 2 scrambled eggs with veggies mixed together

S - Apple with 1 slice of cheddar cheese

Have a fantastic friday and let's keep our heads in the BOT game!

First day of spring!

B& L protein shake

D baked pork tenderloin

s protein shake

s sf pudding

Really tempted to bake cookies today.  I know that is a huge mistake.  I don't have a problem with store bought cookies - but homemade - oh yeah!

Having a hungry head day.  I started with meditation this morning as I got to work before anyone.  I got in 20 minutes.  Why are some days so effortless and some so challenging?  All day long I have kept asking myself what my need is as I know it is not food.  I came up with a few answers.  I need quite restful time.  Having a flare up and want to feel better.  Two coworkers what to do something nice for me for my birthday and I have so many issues around receiving.  I don't deserve it, if they really knew who I was they wouldn't do this etc etc. So I put back the protein bar I picked up at the grocery store, stopped lingering in the ice cream isle and got my eggs and left.  Staying BOTT.  

B-eggs with peppers and scallions

L-salmon and salad

D-cod and asparagus

S-2 oz deli sliced roast beef 

W-good

Vitamins-good

No exercise today just not feeling well enough to do anything,
