I'm excited about my work.  I have an important article to write.  It will help and support so many people struggling with obesity.  When it is done, I'll share with all of you.

My eats:

B - Coffee

L - Turkey sandwich w/light Miracle Whip

D - Tilapia with green beans

S - Pear (from Harry & David - YUM)

My plans for today:

B: 2 slices bacon, 1/2 apple with almond butter

L: Chili

D: Meatballs with small amount sauce, salad

S: Almonds

B- greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder and frozen blueberries

S- Chicken leg and fresh blackberries

L- Taco salad

S- sliced bell peppers and apple

D - chicken drumstick and salad

S- strawberries

 

exercise

planning on going to the gym at lunch and hopefully for a run after work

today has been good......I LOVE St. Patty's Day !!

my eats for today....

breakfast.......protein coffee

snack.............orange

lunch.............nachos with more salad than chips

snack.............pear

dinner.............corn beef and cabbage....after all, it IS St. Patty's Day !!  🍀

Head in the game today.  It was close a couple times though.  Gee I get tired of that.

B & L protein shake.

S veggies and dip

D chicken

s sf pudding or jello
