Food tracking app

There are a million of them but I think I found a pretty good one. Mynetdiary. It was a free app from google play. Very easy to use and keeps track of so many things.

Something that is becoming apparent to me is that I'm not eating enough at a meal which leads to getting hungry again too soon. It's kinda difficult because the protein I am eating is filling me up. I bought some asparagus to eat with my fish tonight.

I use myfitnesspal. I like that is has lots of entered stuff. Plus bar code reader that let you scan most foods and only enter the how many servings.

Mine has a scanner too but doesn't always work. I have some fine tremors in my hands so maybe it makes it too shaky! I do like tracking food though. It's very empowering.

One of the most important things to get back on track and stay there is tracking our food and activity.  I also use MyFitnessPal but will check out Mynetdiary.

I'm glad that you're back on OH and BOTT - you've been missed.

I use the free version of fitday.com.  I've used it for years and have entered a lot of custom foods.  It has a lot of features that I use. There is a paid version also but don't know if it has a phone app.
