Back On Track Together
Happy Tuesday
Good Morning. Ate breakfast and will start on my water in about 20 minutes. I still always wait at least 30 minutes after I eat. I did some journaling already and that seemed to help along with a few long deep breaths. Getting grounded for the day. I am sure I will have to repeat numerous times today.
B-2 eggs
L-chicken and cabbage ( Ilove leftovers)
D-just realized I forgot to take something out so I have salad stuff and some chicken breast.
S-almonds
Still getting used to the time change. I rarely ever forget to take something out.

Good morning. Time change and working nights has my sleep patterns even more messed up than normal. It's OK though, the weather is getting better.
My plan for today:

L: Grilled chicken and salad
D: Mini meatloaf and cauliflower
S: Dry roasted Edamame
Vitamins and water started. Exercise TBD
