B- 2 eggs scrambled

L/D-fish and veggie

Going out for dinner for my Mom's birthday.  My mom died 5 years ago, but my day still wants to do this.  

Feeling a bit off today, but will not cave into emotional eating.  I do admit I am having a food fantasy involving caramel. I'll get over it. 

Sorry if this is not an enthusiastic  post.  It is just me being real and committing my food in hopes it will help me as well as someone else.

Hello everyone. My plan for today...

B: 2 Slices of bacon, green salad with poppyseed dressing

L: Homemade vegetable soup, 1/2 sandwich thin with grilled chicken, 1 tsp mayo

D: Steak, broccoli
