Hump day eats
Yesterday was terrible for me! so we wont talk about it! But today is a new day and I am going to start a new and not be so down on myself.
B: coffe (NO CREAMER...) and probably a banana or maybe a yogurt with a scrambled egg white.
GYM GYM GYM....
L: Tuna packet on top of some power greens,, :)
D: veggies with chicken breast
Snacks i dont know... Im gonna try not to have any.
Been a few days since I was BOT........haven't even posted in a few days.......once I slide, it takes awhile for me to get back in the routine.......
my water is 90 oz so far today✅ Walking....about 4000 steps.......vitamins taken ✅
breakfast............coffee/protein and yogurt
lunch.................turkey sausage/salad (variety of veggies)/saltines(5)
dinner................eating out........protein first !!
snack.................probably nothing
I hope to get back on here regularly again......I hope everyone has a healthy day !
Going to PT today after work. My PT is going to put me through some tests to determine my progress.
(Oh my - I started this post early this morning and got interrupted so am just now finishing it LOL)
Here's my eats:
B - Coffee w/cream & Splenda, 2 cups
L - Chicken Breast w/green beans
D - Turkey Meatloaf
