Saturday eats
Sorry positing so late, but just got home. Some snow again in NY, but not too much. Did a lot of walking yesterday and am kinda of stiff today. That tells me I have not been moving enough. Woke up feeling uneasy. Don't know why, but was committed to not eating to make the discomfort go away. Watch out for an early lunch/dinner due to the weather.
B-omelete with peppers
L/D- Sea bass with broccoli always have enough for two meals.
S- I am still full from dinner. I had a cup of tea for dessert and think it was too soon after I ate maybe 20 minutes. Still feeling full restriction 2 hours later.
