Happy Friday BOTT
Took the day off from work today. I feel physically tired and just needed a day to myself. I have a busy weekend ahead with family. So today is my day. I will be doing some mall walking today as the temps in NY are hitting record lows. I am going to sign up for a library card so I can rent some fitness videos to try and see which ones I like before making a purchase. My food for today
B- protein shake
L-I will be at whole foods so hoping for cold salmon and see if they have a green veggie
D-salmon and spinach
S-when I am out and about rarely have one

Getting ready to travel to my daughter's for the weekend barring more snow. So over winter... Didn't sleep well last night and got into some night eating. Really need to sit myself down and figure out what's going on. I was so on track with listening to my body, but now I find myself slipping up too often.
My plan for today:

D: Grilled chicken with a salad
S: Apple with almond butter

Mornin!! i love going to the gym everyday now, never did I think id hear myself say those words! Im starting to get more comfy there so i will soon go some classes they offer.. :)
B: scrambled egg whites w/cheese In a flat out maybe..
L: is 2 oz chicken breast in a flatout fold it,(those are too cute!) and some carrots
D: stuffed bell peppers with hamburger and onion. (Im gonna try mine with diced up cabbage instead of rice)
S: either a greek yogurt or a skinny cow ice cream...,, not sure...

I'm really glad it is Friday and the weekend! Freezing rain tonight so we'll be staying at home this weekend. Feeling in a funky mood today for no reason.....I'm thinking it is just one of those days.

L - Turkey Sandwich
D - Grilled chicken
S - 1 slice of bread toasted with 1 T. peanut butter
