Morning.  Light snow won't be dong any shoveling today.  I will have to figure out some other type of movement

B-2 eggs

L-chicken and cabbage

D-turkey burger and spinach

S-some kind of protein maybe a shake

L: tuna with greens rolled in a flat out
D:veggies and probably chicken??? Not sure yet!

E: gym treadmill for 35 minutes and some resistance training

Last day before heading out for a month long trip, so likely eating leftovers and whatever is in the fridge.

D-salad and fish

Have a ton of errands and will workout this morning, so no problem getting in my 12 k on Fitbit.

Lapband surgery in 2009 -  Revision to RNY August 13, 2013 with gallbladder removal.

HW - (260)   SW - (197)   GW - (135), updated on 1-2-14 to 125lbs  HT 5'5"  Goal reached 3/2/14-revised goal to 120 on 3/9/14   reached 4/6/14

Good morning. Water and vitamins on track, headed for the treadmill shortly. Watching 2 of my grandchildren this afternoon then work at 7pm.

Snow still here and more on the way.  That being said, we have it no where near what the East Coast has had.  School out today due to the weather.  My guess is tomorrow too.  One of the wonderful things about working from home is not having to drive in bad weather.  

Doing our daily check-in posts are really helping me to stay on track.  Thanks to all of you!

My eats are:

B - 2 cups of coffee w/creamer and Splenda

L - Vegetable soup

S - 1 slice cheddar cheese and 5 crackers

D - Talipia with steamed broccoli 

S - 1 graham cracker and 1 T. peanut butter

Hi all,  Lost my 1 1/2 lb re-regain and have my head back in the game and focused on the road ahead!

breakfast.....coffee/protein

lunch...........chicken fajita

snack...........orange

dinner...........chicken/veggies

not doing a lot today.........tired from weekend trip with six highschool girls !

gotta get BOT !!
