Over the past 18 months my weight has creeped back up and i can't take it anymore -- my feet hurt in my shoes at the end of the day and all the new suits I bought for my new job (18 months ago) don't fit.

So enough is enough -- I am mad and determined! :-)

First I want to get back to cleaner eating - cutting out crappy snacking and junk.  Also need to drink more water.  Once I have a handle on this I will feel better about myself.

Thanks for your support!

Sounds like a plan.  I too had a regain and have been back on track to lose the the gain.  I can relate to feeling uncomfortable in clothes which barely fit.  Also I do notice a difference in how my body feels.  I was thinking of this yesterday and how little it takes for me to feel different compared to my pre-op days.  I knew I was uncomfortable and everything hurt, but I don't think I realized just how much until the weight was gone.  The regain was a was  a wake up moment.  Don't ever want to go back.   Back to basics is what is working for me.  It also helps to track my food and commit on this forum each day.  Keep us posted on how you are doing and welcome to the group.

Welcome to BOTT, thanks for joining so we can support you.

Use being mad and determined to make the changes to get and stay on track.

Post with us and consider adding updates and what you'll eat on our daily accountability thread.  It really helps me to do that.

Looking forward to BOTTing with you.

Cathy
